Hyundai Class 3 Modern PUVs now serving new Molino 4-Bacoor-PITX route
HARI, Magnificat Transport, and Bacoor LGU inaugurates new modern PUV route
A new chapter in public transportation unfolded in Bacoor City as Hariphil Asia Resources Inc. (HARI), the official distributor of Hyundai Truck & Bus Philippines, joined Magnificat Transport Cooperative and the City Government of Bacoor in inaugurating 10 units of Class 3 Modern Public Utility Vehicles (MPUVs).
This milestone supports the government’s Public Utility Vehicle Modernization Program (PUVMP), advancing safer, more comfortable, and environmentally responsible mobility for local commuters.

The newly launched MPUVs will operate at Molino 4 route Bacoor-PITX and vice versa. The ceremonial ribbon cutting was organized by the City Government of Bacoor City, headed by Mayor Strike B. Revilla, alongside Vice Mayor Rowena Bautista Mendiola, through the Office for the Development of Cooperatives led by Ms. Vicenta Lazaro.
The event was held in partnership with Magnificat Transport Cooperative, led by Chairman Mr. Leonardo Llaneta, General Manager Ms. Marissa Isla, and COO Mr. Maxwell Quilat of Hyundai Alabang Inc., with Ms. Maria Fe Perez-Agudo, Vice Chairman, President, and CEO of HARI, joining the ceremony.

“This is not just an expansion of routes - it is an expansion of opportunity,” said Ms. Maria Fe Perez-Agudo, Vice Chairman, President, and CEO of HARI. “Modern transport connects people to work, family, and daily life. With HARI, you choose safety, long-term sustainability, and a future-ready transport system. Mobility is a shared responsibility, and we are proud to support the government’s Public Utility Vehicle Modernization Program (PUVMP), working together to create safer, more efficient, and sustainable mobility for all.”
This rollout marks Magnificat Transport Cooperative’s second MPUV operation, following its first launch in 2021. Established in 2018, the Magnificat’s steady growth highlights the impact of strong collaboration among local government, transport groups, and private-sector partners.
As the new MPUVs officially took to Bacoor’s roads, the inauguration stood as a clear symbol of progress where modernization is driven not only by vehicles, but by people, partnerships, and a shared commitment to better public service for every Bacooreño.
