Geely Preface touring car wins on its TCR debut
Ma Qing Hua wins Race 2 of 2026 FIA TCR World Tour with all-new Geely Preface TCR
Geely has marked a new milestone in the world of motorsports.
At the opening round of the 2026 FIA TCR World Tour in Misano, Italy, Chinese touring car driver Ma Qing Hua scored the first victory of the all-new Geely Preface TCR in its debut race weekend.

Ma claimed the race 2 win ahead of the Hyundai Elantra N EV TCR of Mikel Azcona, and Thed Björk who was also driving the Geely Preface TCR. Combining the results of qualifying, race 1, and race 2, four Geely Preface TCRs are occupying the top 5 positions in the points standings of the 19-car grid.

For those who are unfamiliar, Geely has enjoyed plenty of success in racing touring cars. Under the team name Cyan Racing, Geely has claimed multiple teams and driver’s titles in WTCR with the Lynk & Co 03 TCR.
This most recent victory, however, marks the first win of Cyan Racing with a race car under the Geely brand.

The 2026 FIA TCR World Tour has 8 race weekends, which include races in South Korea, China, and Spain, with the finale held at the iconic Guia Circuit in Macau.
