The partnership was formalized through a memorandum signing attended by key representatives from both organizations. HARI was represented by Mr. Ladislao Z. Avila, Jr., Director, Treasurer, and Chief Financial Officer; and Mr. Timothy Joshua S. Magisa, assistant vice president for the National Sales Division. Meanwhile, Lalamove Philippines was represented by Mr. Djon Paolo T. Nacario, Managing Director, and Mr. Jefferson B. Balanga, Senior Manager for Driver Operations.

The HD50s GT HARI Cab provides a payload capacity of 2,300 kg with durability and flexibility for high-demand routes. On the other hand, the Mighty EV delivers zero-emission capability for urban and short-distance deliveries with a payload capacity of 4,100 kg. Together, these models support a more efficient and sustainable last-mile delivery ecosystem.
