The facility is designed to replicate real-world dealership operations, covering key areas such as sales, aftersales, and customer service. It allows students to experience the full workflow, from customer interaction and service consultation to diagnostics, repair, parts handling, and post-service support through guided and scenario-based training.

Suzuki Philippines said the initiative bridges classroom learning with real-world application, helping develop graduates with strong technical skills, professionalism, and a customer-focused mindset.
