Isuzu PH reopens Sta. Rosa dealership with modernized look
Isuzu's Sta. Rosa dealership now adheres to the Isuzu Outlet Standard (IOS) look
Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) continues to strengthen its nationwide footprint with the unveiling of the modernized Isuzu Sta. Rosa dealership, now upgraded in line with the Isuzu Outlet Standard (IOS). With it, the enhanced facility reflects IPC’s ongoing dealership modernization program, which aims not only to refresh the brand’s presence across the country but also to elevate the overall customer experience - from vehicle purchase to aftersales service.
Leading the inauguration was IPC president Mikio Tsukui, who emphasized the company’s continued focus on elevating customer care across its growing dealer network.
“At Isuzu, our commitment goes beyond expanding our reach. We are equally focused on continuously improving our dealership facilities to ensure that every customer receives the same high level of service and care, wherever they may be in the country. With the opening of Isuzu Sta. Rosa, we move closer to delivering a consistent and enhanced ownership experience across all our 50 dealerships nationwide,” said Tsukui.

Strategically located in one of South Luzon’s key growth corridors, the newly renovated Isuzu Sta. Rosa dealership spans a total floor area of 6,798 square meters. It features a 539-square-meter showroom capable of displaying up to three light commercial vehicles (LCVs) and two trucks, providing customers with a comprehensive view of Isuzu’s latest lineup.
Enhancing the overall customer experience are newly allocated sales lounges for customers, a new releasing area for smoother vehicle handovers, and an improved Body Repair and Paint (BRP) area. Complementing this is a spacious 2,198-square-meter service facility equipped with five service bays for LCVs and two dedicated bays for trucks, ensuring efficient handling of both private and commercial vehicle requirements.
Isuzu's strength also lies in its robust aftersales support and extensive nationwide dealer network. With 50 dealerships strategically located across the Philippines, customers are assured of convenient access to service, genuine parts, and expert care wherever they go. This strong support system reinforces Isuzu’s reputation as “Your Responsible Partner,” delivering not only durable and fuel-efficient vehicles but also reliable ownership backed by consistent and high-quality service standards.
As Isuzu Philippines continues to modernize its dealership network, the company remains focused on providing a seamless and customer-centric experience that supports both individual and business mobility needs. This commitment has enabled Isuzu to maintain its leadership as the country’s number one truck brand for over two decades, built on a foundation of durability, reliability, and trusted aftersales service.
